profillic-hmmer doesn't link under (SUSE) linux without some changes to the Makefile #6

profillic-hmmer needs to have the -leasel link library in the last position of the the link commands. Otherwise the SUSE linux loader throws unsatisfied external symbol errors.

(I have a modified Makefile on hand)
