Segment dependency errors and deprecation warnings in tach check output

Current behavior:

The image above shows an example in which dependency warnings due to deprecated dependencies are intermingled with actual errors due to undeclared dependencies.

Instead, we should display deprecation warnings in their own separate section so that it is obvious at-a-glance which real errors have been introduced.
