the files are in wsgi/stegolica/question.html you can see footer example in other html files

Sir, the Events page does not direct anywhere. There is no url pattern in urls.py that lead to the Events page.

You need to add footer in login register and page you put answers .
Please create a username and add questions before accessing it

After creating a superuser you can add questions. By login to url/admin
