Connecting to WiFi and MQTT research

Hey. Thank you for making this awesome library! It inspired me to resurrect my portenta that has been laying around. I would love to look into the possibilities of using the WiFi module and send some data to an MQTT broker. But before I continue with this task, I would like to do some research on whether this has been done before? After some googling, I have not been able to find much information about it, which led me here and this post.

Thanks a lot for the message :)
Currently portenta-h7 is in a very early phase, only handling of board leds and USB-CDC is supported.
Further support for more peripherals is intended, however I cannot tell you when the handling of the BLE/Wifi module will be ready, it is not planned for a short term...
