Mention Ansible role argument specifications

Good blog post on the topic: Ansible role argument specification.

Basically, I would like to add a bit to the Roles section of the book going through how to specify role args so they can be automatically documented like plugins, especially since (hopefully...) Galaxy will someday display and maybe Ansible will validate role args as well?
