Feature Request: Keep chapter already completed even if it can't get all of them #83

Basically, I am hoping there is a way to keep the chapters already grabbed whenever the app fails to grab the remaining chapters (which may happen if you download one fic after another and/or if the downloading fanfic has a lot of chapters). That way, you easily wait a bit and download the rest later.
