transparency issue with COGs #1188

issue
while initial viewing for COGs works as expected - upon reloading the nodata/transparency gets scrabled

repro steps

open https://map.geo.admin.ch
import COG https://data.geo.admin.ch/ch.bafu.wald-wasserverfuegbarkeit_boden/wald-wasserverfuegbarkeit_boden_1981/wald-wasserverfuegbarkeit_boden_1981_2056.tif
see COG looks as expected
reload / reopen / share this URL
see COG has unexpectedly different nodata/transparency

Hello, thanks for the feedback! I've created a ticket on our tracker to deal with this bug.
