A minimalist, light-on-dark theme

Hi! 👋 In the course of putting together a new blog for myself, I made a Pelican theme I'm calling Technicus, which I'm pleased to share to anyone who might be interested: https://github.com/djramones/technicus

I thought of having this listed in Pelican Themes, but sadly I saw #3089 about maintenance issues with that repo, so I'm not going to add to the backlog of PRs for now. (With the new developments in pelican-themes, I'm considering submitting this theme sometime.)
