there's an issue with creating VCRs for GCP calls. I get the below, even when commenting out the fake credentials in conftest.py

E       google.auth.exceptions.RefreshError: ('invalid_client: The OAuth client was not found.', {'error': 'invalid_client', 'error_description': 'The OAuth client was not found.'})
