Problem Statement

We want to integrate kapa.ai as our new vendor in docs.

  • Remove docsbot
  • Add kapa.ai widget (use existing button)
  • Update CSP policy for re-captcha and kapa.ai scripts / css
  • Add user docs and develop docs as allowed origins on kapa platform
  • Add a button for opening kapa widget when algolia search returned no results

POC was handled in: #11647
