Description

Move OpenTelemetryUtil into sentry core so customers can simply add sentry as a dependency and don't need any other dependency and are able to use or don't use the agent with the same artifact without recompiling.

This also allows us to change the api dependency to implementation for:

    api(projects.sentryOpentelemetry.sentryOpentelemetryBootstrap)

in the agentless module.
