"Oops something went wrong" error when selecting repository within Metric Alert -> Issue Link Settings #81890

Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to an existing Metric Alert and in the Set Conditions "Then perform these actions"-> Create a GitHub issue in "repo-name" -> with these-> Issue Link Settings. Select Issue Link Settings and select the repo name, you will receive this page:

Verified that Github integration is configured properly, reproducible in latest Chrome and Firefox. Screen recording of this available in internal ticket 140048

Expected Result

When selecting the Github repo for a dropdown of available repos to appear

Actual Result

Error page "Oops! Something went wrong"
