Cursor lock

Datadog has a feature where the ⌘+L shortcut will "lock" the cursors. This is really handy because it lets users mark an important spot on all charts at once and then scroll around. Very good for large dashboards! We should add the same thing, and maybe expand on it by allowing multiple locks, etc.
