Permissions Error Message Incorrect When Attempting to Remove Auth token in Sentry UI

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Organization Settings -> Auth Tokens and attempt to remove an auth token when having Admin membership privileges. Popup error message states "You must be an organization owner, manager or admin to revoke a token"

This is incorrect, only Managers and Owners can remove these tokens; see Auth Token docs: https://docs.sentry.io/account/auth-tokens/#organization-auth-tokens

Expected Result

error message should state "You must be an organization owner or manager to revoke a token"

Actual Result

Incorrect error message stating that admin privileges are sufficient.
