Validate task throughput during worker & broker restarts. We should understand the task latency throughtput impacts of broker restarts and rebalancing.

  • Do tasks start missing their processing deadlines?
  • Do task workers drop updates and fail to update status?
  • What impact to task throughput do broker restarts have?
