How to cross-compile a RISCV version llama.cpp.

Makefile
The pervoius method with Makefile is depercated.

CMakeLists.txt
The cmake file and the docs/build.md seems doesn't mention cross-compiling for RISC-V.

Makefile won't work.

try like this:

mkdir build-riscv && cd build-riscv
cmake
-DCMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME=Linux
-DCMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR=riscv64
-DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc
-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu-g++
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug
-DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF
..

make -j8

Anyway, It works on my machine.
