Everything is Helvetica (iOS 16.1.2) #74

I'm on iOS 16.1.2 on an iPhone 12. No matter what font I select, everything is just Helvetica (even the normal text). Does anyone know how to fix? Let me know if you need any more information. Also, I'm sideloading with Scarlet (if that makes a difference) but I've also tried with Sideloadly and AltStore and there isn't a difference.
