https 代理最近时不时断掉 #1054

最近只要一访问外网，这里 https 代理就会间歇断掉，过一会会自动恢复。

断掉期间，会报错：

* LibreSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to ***.cn:443
* Closing connection
curl: (35) LibreSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to ***.cn:443

是防火墙识别到流量特征阻断了吗？还是服务不稳啊
