Ignore Responses with certain attributes

  • option ignoreResponses {}
    • mimeTypes[] array of regEx mimeTypes to ignore
    • urls[] array of regEx urls to ignore
    • maxSize

implemented new options for filtering of responses

Also refactor requesting of aditional response data\
which must be asked for from the network debug protocol, after recieving the response
