Help text is incorrect for -h / --help

Help text says:

$ consulate kv backup --h
usage: consulate kv backup [-h] [-b] [-f [FILE]]

[...]

  -f [FILE], --file [FILE]
                        JSON file to read instead of stdin

But -f works for both backup and restore. For backup the (expected, actual) result is that the argument passed to -f is the file output is written to.
