Autocounterd image is not building correctly

Description

The image related to autocounterd is build within a Github action.
However the image is not build correctly. It does not contain the binary where it is supposed to be (/usr/bin/autocounterd)

Steps to reproduce

referring CI workflow at .github/workflows/autocounterd.yml
