feat(middleware/tracing): refactor the tracing middleware based on the official version

Changes are as follows:

• Use the latest version of the semconv package: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go/tree/main/semconv.
• Improve attributes that comply with standards.
• Support custom attributes on the client side.
• Support request parameters.
• Must be built on the basis of OpenTelemetry (OTel).
