I saw that the styling of my local explorer was different that https://light.etherchain.org/. And i realized that it was pointing to a different bootstrap file. You should change https://github.com/gobitfly/etherchain-light/blob/master/config.js.example#L10 for this line

this.bootstrapUrl = "https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootswatch/3.3.7/paper/bootstrap.min.css
