Harbor Web is stuck when logging in #21682

Harbor is stuck when logging in. I have tried to clear the cache.
And I can log in in incognito mode, by changing the browser, domain name access, and mobile phone access.
And after I created a user, I went back to log in, and the user login interface was still stuck

@xyblue135 could you provide more info about your Harbor deployment. Such as harbor version, which harbor images are you using, and also details about infra would be really helpful.
