Event Driven Agent Initiation

Not sure if this currently supported, but are you able to have an event of some sort trigger the initial agent response instead of relying on the user to input a message?

IE: a webhook of some sort is triggered -> fire off agent

I assume you could send a message on behalf of the user that x event happened and to start the flow but wondering if there is a better way to do this or if that method would open up a possible window where users that do interact with the agent after the initiation could send subsequent "events" to trigger specific flows?

Isnt this how the root agent is triggered? Like you expose through the fastapi the root agent and send it a request or in this case an "event"?

How would you discern between a system event and an actual user message? If both are being supplied as user message?

IE: Event happens -> prompt goes to system to trigger xyz subagents -> response sent to user -> user starts replying
