How to use Marzipano

Apologies if its a stupid question.
Just uploaded several Panos to Marzipano, and for the life of me, I have no idea how to publish them.
Its all good on the Marzipano site, but have no idea how to publish and share.

You can use Marzipano Tool then export to index.html.
