Update RRM module setup success notification

Feature Description

With the addition of support for paywalls in Reader Revenue Manager as part of Phase 2, the module's setup success notification needs to be updated to convey context-aware messaging. Besides the existing scenarios, it needs to consider the following in addition:

1. A publication using a subscription model is approved:
   
2. A publication using a contribution model is approved:
   
3. A publication using a non-monetary CTA is approved:
   
4. A publication without any CTA is approved:
