The more I read the Game Rules, the more I am confused. I still do not understand what a GLOBAL or ROUND score is. Since I do not understand this, how will the user, I would like to make this more user friendly to understand. Would playing the game help me understand this? Or can someone please explain this to me ?

Reading the rules, each player takes alternating turns rolling a dice. Their turn is called a round, and the points they accumulate is called their round score. If they roll a 1, their round score becomes 0, i.e. they lose all the points they got that round. If they "hold," it means that they pass the round to the other player, and their round score gets added to their total score, which is called the global score. I believe that's what the rules are trying to say.
The game is played with two players. Everyone rolls the dice as many times as possible, accumulates the results and keeps the score. Then it's the other's turn.
