I'm trying to use streamdeck-python-sdk, but as there's no documentation I'm struggling to figure out how to get started.

The sdk lists this as an example of how to use it.

You need to download a file called com.ggusev.loremflickr.streamDeckPlugin. Once downloaded, double-click on it. The Stream Deck application prompts you to install the plugin.

How did you package the plugin to have this behavior?

@thelulzy Hello. I've released a new version of streamdeck-python-sdk that makes this easy to do.
Follow the guide in README.md.
streamdeck-python-sdk v1.0.1
⚠️ Don't forget to update your plugin requirements.
