[UX/UI] Sorting buttons position 'for me / global'

I think the difference between temporary filters / permanent filters might more clear if buttons were more related , I'm not even sure to understand how it works . Maybe be we can put closer green tags and save button at least and make the wording clearer , something like 'save for alls'
