Thank you for reporting your issue! We (GWatts) are aware of the problem with iOS 13.1. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we are currently working on a finding a solution. The current best course of action is to restore a backup of the previous iOS version. To avoid this issue for future iOS versions, we recommend you make a backup of previous iOS versions before upgrading the device. As @OPStellar says, iOS 13 and 13.1 aren't supported - You might want to see my last comment on issue #77 as I added a link there to a workaround that may help.
