Add support for LOG3 dongle

Hello,

As for Cubase 2&3 dongles, it would be marvellous if one could add the LOG3 dongle for Notator/Creator, thanks to the material provided here : https://reversing.pl/atari16bit/log3/log3.html
No idea how complex it would be though, as I have no knowledge of verilog.

If the PIC is needed, then it's out of question. If it's only needed for the extra MIDI ports, then maybe. But you won't get the 4 extra ports.

For what I understand, PIC is only needed for extra MIDI ports, and is of no use for MiSTery. Only the Dongle part would be interesting in order to run Notator and use the MIDI A port of a MiST.
