Error when creating an h5p type course presentation #130

Opened on the mod/hvp repo h5p/moodle-mod_hvp#352

We've experienced this issue on:
Moodle 3.7.6 (Build: 20200511)
Mod H5P version 2020020500
Mod H5P release 1.20.2
Course Presentation (1.22.0)

Testing on Course Presentation (1.20.4) was fine but during the release & update to 1.22.0 this error now appears
