when i try to build re3 file i get the error "LINK : fatal error LNK1104: 'rw.lib'" helpp.

where is the fucking rw.lib file do I have to create it damn it

Did you use the recursive flag when checking out the repository, as instructed in the README?

git clone --recursive https://github.com/halpz/re3.git
