关于Ex-PhiEdit移动端采音问题 #1

设备：OPPO Reno6 Pro
渲染：VirGL
音频驱动：ALSA
Winlator版本：3.1

一些设备在winlator采音时可能存在偏差，为了解决这个问题，提供了一些排查方案。

1.导出为pez谱面，在桌面设备上的Re:PhiEdit（或者Ex-PhiEdit）播放，进行排查
2.安装ADOFAI移动端编辑器，BPM和需要编辑的RPE谱面一致，偏移改为0，以排查采音问题
