Nightlies after 2023-09-26 use new template syntax

Important

As of 2023-09-26, we merged in a new pack template syntax to enable deeply nested dependencies (#403). There is follow-on work coming in #426 that will change the override variable naming format. The full documentation is incoming; however, you can preview the new syntax by using the nomad-pack generate command.

In order to run packs with the pervious syntax, pass the --parser-v1 flag to the render, plan, run, and stop commands.
