REPL problem with Windows

1. On Windows, reloading file by typing C-c C-l repl will lost response.
2. Restarting it will add ^M after the result. Restarting it again ^M dispares

This is CRLF issue. Any Windows users here that could help debugging the problem?

@gracjan I happen to be on windows right now. Log looks like this:

<- ^D (aka �)

It just notifies me the Haskell process errored though and I'm able to C-c C-l just fine.
