Add Translate Extension to Enable Multilingual Support

It would be beneficial to install the Translate extension on this MediaWiki instance to support multilingual content.

The Translate extension allows contributors to translate wiki pages into multiple languages and manage translations efficiently. This addition would help make the Haskell Wiki accessible to a broader, international audience, enhancing inclusivity and community engagement.

I think this is a great suggestion! I’ll look into it right away. If it doesn’t doesn’t require any supporting services then it should be just adding the extension. We need to allow translators to use it. If you want to start, please reply with the languages you want to translate into. We need to know your wiki username. Please send it back so I can set you up as a translator for Korean. (I don't need to know your password, just your username.) In general, we don't cross-reference email addresses with usernames, so I don't know your username.
