Cleaning channel user's messages

With the "send message as channel" being added, it became harder for moderators to find owner of message to punish or penalize for spams or sending prohibited type of content. By implementing this feature, users wouldn't be able to send messages anonymously and it will be easier for mods to identify and penalize or ban user.
