Actionsheet moves when scrolling

While the actionsheet is displaying on screen, I am still able to scroll down the content. And when I scroll down, the actionsheet moves up just like its position relative to the page content itself.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It is better to lock the scrollbar while the actionsheet displays on screen so that its position is fixed.
