Error requesting Smart Meter Texas data: 503 #137268

The problem

I have not been able to receive the Smart Meter Texas data since around November. I reinstalled the integration and tried to get it working but finally - It appears that it is working but when I look at the energy graph, it shows that the last read that it was able to get was back on November 18th. I just happened to look at the logs today and posted the error below.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
