Entities list: State tooltips are not localized #23054

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When pointing at the state icons on the very left of the Entities list the current state is shown as a tooltip.

Currently those states show up in English only:

Describe the behavior you expected

They should be localized to match the user's UI language.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to Settings > Devices & services > Entities
  2. Point at the state icon of a light, cover etc.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

core-2024.12.0b2
