Understanding version number of installed horilla

Hi if I give the command pip list

I obtain all the dependencies installed with the version number that I installed, but how can I know if I installed Horilla 1.1.0, or 1.2.0, or 1.2.1 ? I want to understand if I need to install un update or not.

And the differences between versions, which can drive me to decide to change or not the version, are written in some release notes?
