Feature Request

1. Try to incorporate level of importance of weight of objectives to Objective creation form so as not to make every objective have the same level of importance. This makes it easy to identify which objective has high priority.

2. Add documents sharing especially in the appraisal module to facilitate sharing of files between managers and their subordinates like in the document request. Only this time document sharing should be two ways.

Hi @samthedevbrown ,

Thank you for your valuable suggestions to enhance the Horilla Performance Module.

  1. Objective Priority Level: We appreciate the idea of adding a weight or priority level to objectives during the creation process. This feature will allow managers and employees to assign different levels of importance to each objective, making it easier to prioritize high-impact tasks.

  2. Document Sharing in Appraisal Module: We understand the importance of seamless communication during the appraisal process. Adding two-way document sharing between managers and subordinates will facilitate the exchange of supporting files, feedback documents, and performance evidence — similar to the existing Document Request feature.

We will consider these enhancements for future updates to improve the user experience.

If you have any additional feedback or further clarification, please let us know.

Thank you for helping us improve Horilla!.

Best Regards,
Team Horilla
