Reproduction steps

Downloaded https://github.com/hovancik/stretchly/releases/download/v1.17.1/Stretchly-1.17.1-arm64.dmg on my MacBook Pro with M1 chip
Open the dmg, drag icon to Applications folder
App is damaged text appears:

Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]
100%

Expected Behavior

It should open

Actual Behavior

Doesn't open
