[Bug]: No/unclear description for "Toggle Breaks Shortcut" preference #1559

The README contains a section titled "Toggle Breaks Shortcut" documenting a preference for a keyboard shortcut. It starts with a paragraph without a sentence which merely reads:

Toggling between Pause Breaks and running breaks.

This seems to have replaced 2 earlier shortcuts in this change, but it's at best unclear what this shortcut achieves.
