Many texts are formatted (or should be), including using unordered lists (e.g., in the onboarding or app tour).

Identify places where Markdown formatting makes sense (probably: onboarding, page descriptions, tutorial, FAQ, disclaimers)
Implement current formatting
Add lists to onboarding and tutorial where it makes sense
