Coverage testing is supposed to be disabled!

Please do not try to enable it, it will break Travis completely. We do way too much meta-programming (E.g. adding classes and instance variables, which breaks the wrapping of coverage testing). This will not only break explicit tests, it will have effects on all other tests because Travis (coveralls can not tear down properly. Please ask @fniephaus if you experience issues.
