Currently the library requirements for arbitragelab are very specific, basically requiring a dedicated virtual environment for it to install. This makes it hard to be compatible with an environment where multiple libraries coexist, see QuantConnect/Lean#8319

Would it be possible to loosen the install requirements as much as possible?
