Is there a plan to add macOS support?
Is it blocked by hyperlight-dev/hyperlight#45 or?

Yes, this would be blocked by that issue. For recent systems, in addition to adding Hypervisor.framework support and working around the constraints from the Apple Hypervisor, we need to add arm64 support to Hyperlight in the first place, which is something we do plan on doing in the relatively near future. Once that's done, the workaround of running in a linux VM with NV will at least become an option on M3/M4 systems.
